Rooms

Where rural life, history, and culture blend together to offer peace and well-being.
Colle di Fonte di Brescia is a tiny mountain hamlet in the municipality of Fiuminata, in the Alto Maceratese region on the border with the municipality of Nocera Umbra.
We’re surrounded by forests, gorgeous biodiversity and the scents of a field where we grow aromatic herbs for essential oils
At “La Rosa del Colle,” we offer bed and breakfast accommodations in four newly renovated rooms with private bathrooms. One of these is a suite particularly well-suited for families with children, as it consists of two connecting rooms with a shared bathroom
Here, you can rent electric bikes, set off on trails that start right from the village, stroll among the rows of aromatic herbs, spend a lazy day reading a book, or even work, if you really need to.
The village is also home to the Teatro della Rosa, a former barn converted into a multifunctional cultural space with two halls for performances, concerts, rehearsals, and events—it will host seminars, workshops, debates, and film screenings.
The farm is dedicated to Rosa Olivieri, the pioneer who, in 1994, began transforming the old farmhouses into a farmstay.
