The sense of hospitality envisioned by the founder feels as though it has remained imprinted within the walls of this ancient hamlet, so much so that it has become an unwritten rule for the owners of La Rosa del Colle. Guests of the farmhouse resort (agriturismo) will truly feel at home. They will have full access to the house’s libraries and lounges, where a cozy fireplace will always be lit during the winter months. The day will begin with a rich breakfast featuring homemade cakes, as well as honey and kefir produced right here on our farm. In the evening, upon request, you can enjoy a bottle of Verdicchio di Matelica or a Marche red wine for an aperitif or an after-dinner drink, to be savored as a couple or in the company of other guests.
In the summer of 2026, four double rooms, all with private bathrooms, will be available to guests. The beds have been custom-made by an artisanal workshop representing the finest Marche excellence. A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed not only by the silence that envelops the Colle but also by comfortable mattresses equipped with toppers and soft duvets. Guests can choose between single and double beds, and families with young children will have access to a family suite featuring two interconnecting rooms and a shared bathroom. All rooms are elegantly furnished with antique furniture.

The farmstay offers a total of 11 beds, divided into three double rooms, one family room for a couple with two children, and one single room.
For electric-assist mountain bikes (six Cube single-suspension bikes: two small, three medium, and one large), please fill out the contact form. The price for a full day is 40 euros; for a half-day, 25 euros. A security deposit by credit card is required. Special rates are available for agritourism guests.
